The 10-inch FPV frame experiences higher motor torque, arm loading, and vibration levels. Our carbon fiber laminates are selected and machined to deliver high rigidity and impact resistance while maintaining a balanced weight profile.
Precision CNC Machining
All frame components—including arms, top plates, bottom plates, and reinforcement plates—are CNC machined to ensure accurate hole alignment, consistent thickness, and clean edges. This improves assembly accuracy and reduces stress concentration points.
Optimized Vibration Control
Proper carbon fiber layup orientation and CNC edge finishing help reduce resonance and vibration, improving flight controller stability and onboard video performance.
Clean Edges & Anti-Delamination Process
We apply optimized cutting parameters and tooling specifically for composite materials to minimize delamination, fraying, and edge defects during machining.
