The Mark4 V2 10-inch carbon fiber FPV drone frame is a popular platform for long-range and heavy-lift FPV applications, where structural strength, vibration control, and dimensional accuracy are critical. Designed to support larger propellers and higher payloads, the 10-inch Mark4 V2 configuration requires higher manufacturing precision compared to smaller FPV frames.

High Structural Strength for 10-Inch Platforms

The 10-inch FPV frame experiences higher motor torque, arm loading, and vibration levels. Our carbon fiber laminates are selected and machined to deliver high rigidity and impact resistance while maintaining a balanced weight profile.

Precision CNC Machining

All frame components—including arms, top plates, bottom plates, and reinforcement plates—are CNC machined to ensure accurate hole alignment, consistent thickness, and clean edges. This improves assembly accuracy and reduces stress concentration points.

Optimized Vibration Control

Proper carbon fiber layup orientation and CNC edge finishing help reduce resonance and vibration, improving flight controller stability and onboard video performance.

Clean Edges & Anti-Delamination Process

We apply optimized cutting parameters and tooling specifically for composite materials to minimize delamination, fraying, and edge defects during machining.
