On average, your order will arrive in all major cities in 7–10 working days. This could take longer, though, if you live in a remote location. Additionally, deliveries to the northeast and east may take longer.
We use a variety of barcoding and stock-keeping techniques to ensure that the right product is shipped out in the right sequence. Regardless of our best efforts, we will ship the proper item again after checking if the product or products you receive differ from the ones you ordered.
The first step is to get in touch with us, ideally via mail. Kindly provide us with as much information as you can, such as your order number, the product you ordered, and the alternative item you received. Provide images of the packing slip and the product label or labels. Following verification, we will either issue a refund or send the proper item at no additional cost. Either way, you must return the defective item you got to us in an unused, undamaged condition. We will bear all the expenses in this case.
